By adding Zamboni to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Zamboni is a free Discord bot that provides NHL statistics, including player stats, team stats, league leaders, and draft history. Data is sourced from publicly available NHL APIs.

3. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

Abuse, spam, or excessively use bot commands in a way that disrupts service for others.
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's operation.
Use the bot for any unlawful purpose.

4. Availability

Zamboni is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. The bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without notice.

5. Data Accuracy

Statistics are sourced from third-party NHL APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is correct or up to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zamboni and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to inaccurate data or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
